InstantTools provides a collection of free, browser-based utilities for personal and commercial use. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from using our tools for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating intellectual property rights.
3. Local Processing & File Security
InstantTools is designed to process your files securely within your own web browser using client-side technologies (e.g., WebAssembly, JavaScript). We do not upload, store, or otherwise access your files on our servers. You remain entirely responsible for the files you process and any subsequent use of the outputs generated by our tools.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall InstantTools be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; or (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
